Who we are
After years of involvement in boilermaking, North West Process Supplies CC started off small in 2000 and slowly grew due to the demand for quality workmanship.
Our expertise has made it possible to cover a wide spectrum of the steel industry — and has led to specialist work for clients outside South Africa as well.
Today we manufacture new equipment, plate work, pipe work and steel structures, and carry out maintenance and repairs, working in carbon steel and all grades of stainless steel.
We do not compromise.
Quality control is of utmost importance on our workshop floor. Size, specification and tolerances are never set aside.
We manage the whole job: quoting, procurement of material, manufacturing, quality control and quality assurance. Where required we work to weld procedures, oversee and sign off pressure tests, and pre-assemble for the client to check dimensions before delivery.
We check drawings as we build — identifying and correcting errors, and supplying as-built information so the engineering drawings stay right.
Equipped for heavy work
Our workshop in Hartbeespoort is set up for large plate and structural work, with overhead lifting, rolling and bending, and space to pre-assemble before delivery.
